'Een beetje verouderd motel, een niet erg vriendelijke receptionist. Dan kijk je toch iets anders naar je slaapgelegenheid. Het ontbijt was zeer matig, nee geen positieve indruk is bij mij achtergebleven. Misschien is 3 sterren een teveel.'

'Prima voor een bezoek aan St Jacobs Market. '

'Super goed hotel'

'Trying to sit at the bar was a bad experience and the bar staff were rude after we asked to be served when we were their for a half hour and they were right in front of us for all that time. They were too busy and they would get to us. Really. So we walked out and bought a nice bottle of wine from LCBO and ordered in a Pizza'

'Quaint. Elegant. Easy parking Enjoyed the dining room. Great Breakfast. Generous portions.'

'The hotel was right downtown, so within walking distance of many venues. The place was very clean and neat. People were friendly and helpful.'

'Great location in the heart of Stratford. Good sized room for 2 travelers. Room is updated and comfortable. Walls are very thin and can hear guests in adjoining rooms. The air conditioning is very loud and can sound like a vacuum off and on throughout the night.'

'Everything was lovely'

'Staff were very quick to repair the window, still not impressed with state of the room when we arrived. Entrance door was cracked around handle. Window was not able to close (stripped handle).and cracked sink. We were there to celebrate my wife's birthday. Would have to say staff were very friendly and helpful. Food at onsite restaurant was very good. Just expected more from this hotel chain.'
