'very nice clean room'

'The hotel is very nice, the check-in lady was very kind and the location near Cades Cove is perfect. BUT the pool isn't functioning. If we'd have known that (I unfortunately read the review from 3 june too late) we wouldn't have booked here. As I understand that the swimming pool has been out of order for a longer time know I think it's unacceptable to have this mentioned as a feature including pictures. But the room was nice so three stars for this review, but if you want a swimming pool then...

It’s stocked with all the cooking equipment we need, there are games for kids and adults, the house is clean, beds are comfy, and there’s room to spread out. And the view! I can’t express how it goes straight to my heart! It feels like coming home when we stay here.'
