'Staff is terrible. There was a woman called Sonia at the reception that was extremely rude and disrespectful. I’m very surprised she is still allowed to work there.'

'I was the only person staying at this hotel which was a bit disconcerting as it really is in thr middle of nowhere - about 1.3 km off the camino. But it is excellent. The staff could not have been nicer, and more accommodating. Even though i was the only person staying, they still put out the full dinner and breakfast buffet. I was treated like a king! If you want somewhere truly rural, a bit off the camino (i walked back to it the next day in 25 mins), this is an interesting, unique, peaceful...

'Not on The Camino to Santiago (2 hours on foot from Palas de Rei) but a great stop if you want an idyllic getaway in the middle of your pilgrimage, gorgeous views and facilities, Gourmet food and extremely delicious dishes you will not find anywhere else typical of Galicia. We were extremely impressed with the two bathroom comfortable accommodations and very spacious layout.'

'It was a perfect stay, nice and very friendly host and staff. Beautiful garden and a busstop nearby. I would recommend this stay if you like peace and quiet but nearby the big city. Nice and clean room! Thankyou from Olanda ♡ '

'El lugar y la zona donde se ubica es precioso, el Balneario descuidado, las habitaciones mediocres, hasta ahí normal para un Hotel de 3 estrellas pero el precio es elevado y eso que yo fui en temporada bajisima. Una pena, con poco más de cariño seria un lugar agradable. IMPORTANTE el Spa no está incluido en el precio. '
