  • Leechwell House is een 200 jaar oud, typisch Totnes herenhuis, dat onlangs is gerenoveerd tot een hoge standaard. Het ligt op een paar minuten lopen van de hoofdstraat.

    Het huis is geschikt voor 5 personen en bestaat uit:
    • Twee ruime slaapkamers (dubbele bedden) Gezellige alkoof gebieden.
    • Een enkele slaapkamer
    • Begane grond gezellige woonkamer met houtkachel en TV / DVD-speler - laag plafond (6'2 tot 6'4)
    * Gratis wifi
    • 1e verdieping keuken met tafel om te dineren. Goed uitgerust met fornuis, kookplaat, magnetron en
    koelkast met klein vriesvak. Alles wat je nodig hebt.
    • Badkamer met bad / douche / wastafel en toilet
    • Tweede toilet met wastafel
    • Achtertuin met bijgebouw met gratis houtblokken, wassen
      machine en droger
    • Centrale verwarming op gas - gemeten gas / elektriciteit
    (Niet duur als instructies werden gevolgd)
    • Beddengoed en handdoeken verstrekt

    Elke kamer is goed uitgerust
                                                                                      
    * Openbare parkeerplaats op 2 minuten afstand
     (wekelijkse bezoekersvergunningen, die in alle S Hams kunnen worden gebruikt, kunnen worden gekocht)
    * Geen huisdieren, geen rokers
    * Let op: dit is een woning met drie verdiepingen met smalle wenteltrappen - dus mogelijk niet geschikt voor mensen met mobiliteitsproblemen

Lovely central location, a delightful house in this historic town. It was beautifully clean and have all the essentials you need, so unusual for a holiday rental.

We had an amazing stay in Totnes — honestly couldn’t have asked for a better location. Everything is right on your doorstep, making it so easy to explore and enjoy the area.The house itself is full of character and charm, but also incredibly well-equipped — everything you could possibly need has been thoughtfully provided. It really felt like a home away from home.The host was fantastic: super helpful, great communication throughout, and full of useful advice that made our stay even better.If I could give 11/10, I absolutely would. Highly recommend!

Lovely quaint old cottage in the heart of the old town, but peaceful. Bedrooms are all a good size, and the whole house has many original features. Close to places to eat. Kitchen well equipped. On three floors, stairs are quite steep and narrow. Gail was very quick to respond to any questions I had. No parking, so we used a public car park 5 minutes walk away. Easy to unload at the cottage Would recommend.

Great base for Totnes visit

Very clean accommodation and good communication with the owner. As stated, the stairs are steep and were a bit of a challenge for our group of 70+ year olds! Totnes is a great place to visit and this cottage is an ideal base.

Superb location in Totnes, walking distance to shops etc . Very cosy house: good for all weathers!

Excellent communication with Gail who is very hospitable. Totnes is a unique place with river walks, beaches and Dartmoor all within a short drive. I would definitely stay again. Julia

Mothers Day weekend

Great location - really clear instructions for parking etc.Owners very helpful and communicative.Lovely little square opposite property (for sitting out) and great pub/eatery (The Bull). A bit complicated on leaving to juggle stripping beds, topping up electricity card (in town) and sorting a complicated Totnes recycling system! Parking a short walk and added expense. All just worth noting so can be factored in.Overall great house and great location.

Lovely place to stay

We had a great time staying in this lovely house. Gail was a great communicator, and would always anwer any e-mail promptly. The house is in a great location, very central in Totnes, and great for travelling around Devon. The house was very clean and very well equipped. We would definately recommend it.

Gails house is ideally located for exploring Totnes, yet quiet and tucked away. The house was immaculately clean, very well equipped and clear instructions for using the appliances.

3 Storie Property in Totnes full of character

A delightful property situated in the heart of Totnes at the top of the hill. Well equipped & very clean. The owners have gone to a great deal of trouble to make your stay a comfortable one. Great friendly communication too with well organized instructions throughout the house. Loved the log fire to create a cosy warm atmosphere in these October evenings. Lovely comfortable beds too. Would stay here again. Thanks Gail, we loved staying here.

Well appointed, pretty cottage in heart of Totnes

Clean, neat and tidy property. Well equipped kitchen with instructions for use of electric items (ie: oven). All amenities close by and a very short walk into town with bars/restaurants/shops. Would recommend this property to family, friends, etc as a lovely place to stay for a break.

Fantastic house and location

Brilliant stay 2 adults 2 children. Great location with pubs and restaurants all around us and high street 2 mins walk around the corner. House was very clean and comfortable and our hosts were very helpful with info and instructions. Nice bottle of wine on arrival nice touch also. Will definately be returning !
