Studio with a view of Lake Garda, featuring a large garden where you can park your car and relax on the sun loungers.



Our house is located in the municipality of Torri del Benaco, at an altitude of 550 meters and only 800 meters from the center of San Zeno di Montagna. The lake can be reached in about 18-20 minutes by car.



Please note that the studio is suitable for 2 adults, with the possibility to accommodate a child on the armchair-bed (not sufficiently comfortable for an adult).



Wi-Fi included.



Pets are not allowed.



Smoking is only permitted in the garden.



We recommend that you arrive with your own car, as buses are available but not very frequent.



There is a washing machine in the garage for shared use with the owners, which you can use during your stay at no extra cost.



If you have bicycles, you can ask to store them in our garage.



The studio has a separate entrance; you will have your own key, also for the garden gate, so you can come and go independently.
