Taxes of Resort fee 20 % of Rental Amount may be collected during the booking process. If this is not supported, they must be paid to the host upon arrival.

This accommodation benefits from a more attractive price of stay to let the tenants choose the options to add according to their needs.

- Wifi option: from 20€ to 35€ depending on the possible operator and per period of one week to one month maximum.

- Air conditioning option: 5€ per day, if used between June 1st and September 30th.

- Option of private parking nearby: from 5€ per day depending on season and availability.

- Option Private Airport Transfers: (3 people maximum with 3 large luggage or 4 people with 2 large luggage max). On prior request, to be paid on the spot in cash to the driver - from 40€ to 50€ depending on the time of pick-up (day/night).

- Late arrival/departure option or on non-working days in the region and in Torrevieja (see internet):

Free of charge from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00 every day during the week and on Saturday morning from 10:00 to 14:00 Check-in on the day of arrival from 18:00/19:00 and check-out on the morning of departure between 10:00/11:00. Luggage service is available for late arrivals and departures.

Attention! Outside the opening hours of the agency indicated above, overtime will be charged, 10€ per hour of overtime started up to 50€ max, flat rate retained for Sundays and public holidays.

- Abusive use of energy: the consumption of water and electricity are included in the price for a maximum amount of 1.5€ to 2€ per day (60€/month/invoice) . Any excess will be invoiced to you in addition to the exact bill received.

All these options as well as any shortages or damage that may be found in the accommodation after your departure will be directly deducted from your deposit by the booking site.

Please note: The non-return of the keys to an employee of the agency on the day of departure and the absence of "check-out" will result in the total loss of the deposit.

Bus transfer from Alicante airport (approx. 15€ A/r per person - Tickets to be taken on site).

Bicycle rental possible for your rides and/or to ride along the routes of the Mata and Salinas protected parks (and its pink lagoon).
