A beach, as in Miami invites you to swim and the very extensive beach promenade to stroll.
The apartment on the first floor is suitable for 4 persons (2-3 adults, 1-2 children). It can be reached by elevator. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the living-dining room with a sofa bed and a couch. The Ap. has SAT Smart TV (all major German, European programs & Internet) and radio with CD player. Upon request, you will receive a Wi-Fi access. The apartment has a separate kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet. A large breakfast balcony lets you look at the sea. They also spoil the warm sunshine throughout the day, all year round. The spacious balcony with sea views has large sliding glass doors and lets in plenty of light. This guarantees a very pleasant stay even in winter.
