The 2-storey property consists of a big living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, also including an office, 4 bedrooms (all with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms (one is an ensuite for the main bedroom) and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and cable television. Furthermore, the property boasts a private balcony, connected to the living room, and a terrace connected to the main room, where you can start your day with a hot cup of coffee. There are also 2 patios in the building, which are available for your use. Due to its excellent location, restaurants, bars, cafes and the nearest supermarket are only 10 minutes away on foot. Casa Beramendi is located in a quiet area and perfectly connected to all the points of interest in the area. There is a local train station (La Colina) less than 5 minutes away on foot, which connects you to the airport, the Maria Zambrano station in Malaga or Malaga Centre. Fuengirola is also accessible from this same stop. There is also a bus stop where lines connect with Marbella or Estepona.
