'The parador is situated in a spectacular place. We had a superior room, which was very spacious and had a great balcony with a wonderful view. Dinner at the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.'

'Het verblijf was helemaal goed geweest ware het niet dat er ÉÉN gefrustreerde, onflexibele medewerker rondliep die totaal niet servicegericht was en je het gevoel gaf dat alles wat je vroeg "teveel" was. Zelfs omstanders gaven aan dat niet alle mensen in Jaén zo onaardig zijn, dat dit helaas domme pech was. Erg jammer, misschien moest deze meneer niet meer op een belangrijke functie als receptie gezet worden.'
