Location conforme à la description

Location propre, bien équipée. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la piscine et la climatisation. Environnement très agréable.

The property was in a very bad condition. No permanent hot water (boiler not serviced since 2021??), damp spots on the walls, damp smell inside, sockets coming out of the walls, no welcome map with practical info on property and resort, only 2 sunbeds, only 1 outdoor chair, disgusting rusted bathtub, rusted heatings, freezer that was covered with a thick layer of ice, carport still leaking two days after it rained, ... only to name some

hello, I'm not sure where to start - I was asked to pay 30 euro upon arrival for towels and bed sheets - I had to buy sheets on the 2nd day because the sheets on the beds were so old. the property has clearly had a significant issue, the key holder confirmed when he picked up the deposit there was an issue with the pool drainage and the water ended up inside the house for a period of time. this resulted in the house having considerable damp issues, the paint on the walls flaked off every day, dampness looked worse by the day with the walls stained and bubbling, the doors to the bedrooms and en suite didn't close because they were warped so badly, you couldn't use the wardrobes because the smell of damp was so bad inside them, everything smelled in the house - i had to keep the windows open to try get fresh air in. There was a big hole in the front garden under the front window covered by a door - clearly the issue is recent enough they are still trying to fix it.There were two brand new doors in the kitchen and the key holder said they were waiting to fit them.I was so concerned that I was worried about the electrics.The amount of flys inside the house was unreal clearly attracted because of the damp smell.In addition there is a wasps next in the back wall outside so you couldn't sit out there. I and my daughter were stung which has never happened me before.I think it's a disgrace this property is for rent when there are clearly issues it should not be rented.I have

Malgré quelques commentaires négatifs, je n'étais pas très rassurée en arrivant. La maison est très correct pour le prix, bien situé, à 10mn en voiture de la mer dans une résidence calme et sécurisée, piscine propre. Le seul point négatif est qu'il manque peu de vaisselle (poêle et casseroles) Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!

Comfy Villa stay

The rental process was fairly straightforward the paperwork a bit long winded but overall Ok. the price was good but you got what you paid for. The property needs a little time and money spent on it the furnishings weren't good. the odd bolt needed tightening and the odd screw needed doing up. The cutlery and crockery needed upgrading. The pool was a decent size but needed cleaning every day, which I was happy to do but the cleaning net was too short and full of holes. Had broken window locks and broken shutter in front bedroom which gave no security . but overall it fairly good and I would stay here again. The agent for the property did what he could and when the storm hit he was helpful by keeping us updated on road closures etc. Yes I would recommend this property at this price.

Aceptable pero mejorable

Una casa bonita pero con algunas carencias. Como unos jardines de la propiedad muy descuidados,hemos hechado en falta ventiladores o aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Algo de mantenimiento ,por ejemplo el botiquín vacío etc... Agradecemos a Rafael su atención y amabilidad.

Una joya sin pulir

En una complejo fenomenal,la casa muy chula de exterior ,pero necesita actualizarse por el interior.....una lastima que no invierta en ella.
