Loved our stay - lots of room and plenty of beds! We had an awesome time, very relaxing. Good location - close to shops, eateries and beach.
If you were going to change anything perhaps adding a blind to the sliding door between the two lounges would create privacy for the two seperate zones.

Great House for a Medium Sized Group
The internal spaces of Boston Beach House are generous and comfortably accommodated 6 ladies and all their accoutrements.
The beds were crisp and clean and the house was generally clean. 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets were very welcome.
Access to the double garage for parking was a huge help for keeping cars off the street, and the internal access made loading/unloading super easy.
There was plenty of cleaning product in the kitchen to manage preparation and clean-up throughout our stay.
There is room for some minor improvements that would make this property worthy of an Excellent rating:
Bolts to the top and bottom of all glass sliding doors facing Boston Rd would enable tenants to open the doors for fresh air without compromising security.
Not all equipment was working - 1/2 kitchen lights had blown; knives were blunt; the mobile/blue tooth sound speaker didn't work; the lid to the kitchen kettle didn't open making filling and cleaning difficult; the hot water tap in the ensuite shower was extremely difficult to turn off - hence it dripped.
Lower traffic areas around the house were full of cobwebs;
More toilet paper was required;
Food items supplied by the Host were out of date eg instant Coffee. It would help if the pod size to be used in the coffee machine could be on the website.

Quick weekend getaway with friends
Boston Beach House was perfect for us (6 adults). We were in Torquay for a concert and the location was amazing. Very close to shops and cafes for breakfast, a short walk to the beach and very easy to find. The property was better than we expected and was very well supplied in the kitchen and bathrooms. We would stay again if we have the need.
