Just a heads-up: this is a very bare-bones accommodation. The room you get may not resemble the photos — at all. The one I stayed in was quite dated and worn (I believe the building is from the 1960s? Not the new accomodation as advertised here). The mattress was hard and uncomfortable, the bedding was thin and questionably clean, and the floor was just dirty linoleum. To top it off, the room had an incessantly loud AC unit I couldn't turn off, which droned on all night. Adding to that, the room doors are extremely heavy and slam loudly unless closed gently. I was woken up multiple times during the night by people coming and going, letting their doors slam shut in the hallway. The shared washrooms were relatively clean, though a couple of the bathroom stalls were out of order. That said, there are a few perks: it's centrally located to downtown, with easy access to transit and the university — and of course, the price. I'm just glad I wasn't there for more than one night. Hopefully, the students find the accommodations more comfortable when they're staying there during the school year!
