Beautiful luxury condo in great location. The property is centraly located so it is perfect for all types of travelers, people looking to travel for business, or pleasure. There is a commercial plaza only a two minute walk away. You will also be super close to china town and other attractions our beautiful city has to offer. Public transportation is available and easy to use but the condo also has two parking spots that are available for you to use. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped and you will also have access to an in home laundry unit. Please contact us with any questions you may have.

HOUSE RULES:

Please put the garbage in the chute.
Please leave your shoes at the door.
Please use slippers indoor.
Please no party,no meeting or event,will lose the deposit and terminate the reservation
Please no visitor after 10:00 PM
No loud music or noise after 10:00 PM with the loss of the deposit and terminate the reservation.
-Each guest agrees to the following conditions listed below:
These conditions are an agreement between parties.
Any infringement permits Addy to refuse a key,amend the rental and/or terminate the tenancy without refund.Variances can be agreed on but only by agreement with the Addy in writing.
-Addy and Guest(s) agree that only the listed guest(s) in the application will take up the premises except approved by the authority of Addy in writing and suites will be used only for Residential purpose.
-Check in time: 4:00 PM-10:00 pm at the first day after that you have to contact addy to get the keys from him.
Check out time:10:00 Am
It's the guest responsibility to advise Addy if they will be late or have been delayed during business hours to arrange alternate keys collection.
It is also the responsibility of the guest to notify us of any extra people that will be in the unit at any time prior to booking.
After Hours Service:
Phone calls between 12pm(noon)to 12am will be answered.
-Parking:
Please park your vehicle at the designated#55-56 two spots on P1.Cars parked elsewhere will be tagged and ticketed and Addy will not responsible for loss.
-No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited.The guest(s) will ensure that the suits remain free of (URL HIDDEN) case of smoke contamination,a penalty of $300 will be charged.Charges for extra ordinary cleaning due to misuse of the facilities may also apply.
-Pets:
Pets are allowed.
-Parties:
Parties,events and functions are strictly prohibited.Excessive noise or forbidden parties will immediately terminate the tenancy without refund and the building security will remove anyone breaking this very strict rule from the property ASAP.
-Illegalities:
Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and strict legal action will be taken against offenders and they will be removed from the property by security and/or police immediately.
-Vacate Demand:
The Tenant must vacate the premises upon demand of Addy without refund upon breach of this agreement.Infringements include incorrect information supplied upon booking the property,causing malicious damage to the property being/causing a public nuisance,excess noise,parties,accommodating more persons than agreed to or ignoring warnings or requests from Addy.
-the building is so social and quiet so there is no room for meeting or party at all.
-only the number of guests who book a reservation has to stay in the condo after 10:00 PM ,that means there’s no visitor or extra people after 10:00 PM has to stay inside the condo,and Addy has the right to come and inspect the condo regarding this matter,and has a right to terminate the reservation if the guests break the rule without any refund.
-Noise Restrictions:
Unit is located in a luxury social and quiet residential condo building and Addy asks that the tenants/guests are considerate regarding noise after legal time limit(10:00 PM)
-Inspections:
Addy can make an inspection of the premises upon demand.
-Lost & Forgotten Items:
Please check carefully before you leave the property,as we cannot guarantee any items left in properties will be found and returned to you.
-Lost Keys:
If you lose any of the following their will be change to replace:
Door key cost is $70
Parking remote key cost is $150
Fob key cost is $100
-Addy contents and liability insurance policy does not insure the Guest' personal belongings.The Guest's own home insurance would apply to this.If the Guest(s) does not presently have home insurance,Addy suggests temporary coverage be arranged by the Guest(s) through their insurance company.
Addy shall not in any event whatsoever be liable or responsible in any way for:
1) Any personal injury or death that may be suffered or sustained by the Guest(s) or any other employee of the Guest(s) or any member of the Guest(s) family, his agents,or any other people who may be upon the rented premises.
2) Any loss of or damage or injury to any property including cars and contents thereof belonging to the Guest(s) or any member of the Guest(s) family or any person while such property is on the rented premises.
