Welcome to Toronto! Our two bedroom two bathroom condo with parking is located where the entertainment district, waterfront, and financial district merge and just steps away from the CN Tower and the city's most popular attractions and destinations.

It features a stunning panoramic lake view overlooking the harbor. The kitchen is fully equipped, the dining area is a great place to eat and chat, the living room is cozy, and the balcony is spacious.

The space
Cozy, spacious and inviting, you’ll feel perfectly at home in this luxury 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite which offers a stunning panoramic lake view of the city as well as a free parking spot. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, groups, families and those in the city for business.

Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds. Please note that the second bedroom does not have a private door, making it more suitable for guests who are comfortable with an open layout. There's also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and it's the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.

I have full sets of sheets and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!

The bathroom includes a bath and a washer & dryer are also ensuite for guests to use. High-Speed Internet is also available.

Additional parking (beyond the free spot) is available in a secure underground paid parking garage that is within a 2-minute walk of the building at 302 Front Street West. The parking range costs 20-30 dollars a day.

* Tenant registration is required in the building. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you a form to fill out and submit to the building before the check in date.

* Building amenities (15th floor) are available for guests to use. Note: The outdoor pool opens in late spring to summer depending on the weather and it's up to the building's discretion.

*Please note that building common areas and amenities (hallways, elevator, lobby, entrance, gym, pool, hot tub) are managed by the property administration and are outside the host’s control. The building is located on a vibrant, well-connected street. Like most central city stays, you may hear some traffic during busier hours. Light sleepers are welcome to use the earplugs.

Please Note: The shared amenities, including the hot tub, and men's and women's locker rooms, are currently unavailable until further notice.

*Kindly note that the elevator is undergoing maintenance. At this time, only one low-rise and two high-rise elevators are in service, which may lead to longer wait times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
