'We have stayed in a lot of hotels. This is one of the best over all experiences we ever had. Rooms are spacious, fully equipped and very clean. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Excellent wifi. Breakfast & dinner buffets have a lot of variety & healthy choices. Location is very central to Mobile & Gulf. We felt very much at home!'

'The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. Just really odd that no one thought to fix that, or to even check that all appliances were operational in the few months the hotel has been opened. We reported to the...

'The Breakfast was ok the 1 day I went down to eat. The morning weekday staff were much more professional and gave better customer service. We checked in on a Saturday and come not get any service for the running toilet in our room until Monday morning and they moved us to another room. The closet door was broken and had tried to be pepaired with some putty or something. The bed was squeeky and mattress what's sunken in in our 1st room. .'

'The room was not clean. The toilet in the bathroom was dirty, with a visible ring inside the bowl that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The shower had a similar issue. The door handles were covered in grime, and I even saw a cockroach in the room. The bedding had crusty residue on it as well. Because of the overall lack of cleanliness, I checked out a day early. I was also charged for drinks I did not purchase at the bar, including additional items that were not mine. Parking was ok....

'Stayed here for about 2 weeks. I liked the room, with a electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and i had the flexibilty to make my own meals. The location was good. Only issue why I'm not giving 5 stars is because my room was only cleaned once during my entire stay!'

'I can't really rate much due to the fact we didn't have a regular room. The woman who checked us in was SO accommodating for my 83 yr old mother, that she moved us from a 3rd floor room to a 1st floor one at the beginning of the hall. This room was still being renovated but was SO much easier for my mother and it was clean and comfortable.'

'Nice place. Couch was a bit used. And found an open condom in the parking spot we pulled into. Other than that the lady at the desk was so polite! Much better then prior sites we stayed.'

'I didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast, but I heard from another guest that it was delicious. I did feel safe and environment was very clean. The staff greeted us with a simile very personal & friendly. I had an excellent stay again I will chose the hotel again for the Spring Fling and I will be coming back.'
