When the weather is good, take advantage of the spacious garden and enjoy a barbecue on the terrace or relax indoors in front of the large woodburner and sharpen up your pool skills in the games room. The property was excellent. From our arrival to departure the six of us enjoyed all that it offered. A convenient and beautiful location. The house was equipped very well making our stay easy and simple. Well equipped kitchen allowing us to dine in as needed and a full laundry so important as we were traveling.

Reunion at Priory Barn

Great place for family reunion. The Priory Barn is a great house with everything you need to spend an amazing time in Kent. Ideally located with short drive from Gatwick Airport. Melanie has been really helpful for the check-in and gave us some great tips for things to do in the area. We will be back!

Wonderful for families of all ages

Excellent venue for our 50th Wedding Anniversary family get together. Well situated in beautiful countryside with a large garden for our young grandchildren to play in. The games room was very popular with children and grown ups alike. All the rooms were spotlessly clean and the kitchen very well equipped.

We had a wonderful break and Priory Barn was perfect for our family gathering; spacious, comfortable and well- equipped. The layout worked really well for us and the pool table was a hit. Paul and Linley were very quick to reply to a query. There are so many fabulous places to visit nearby and the countryside is glorious.One small point - the outdoor sun umbrella didn’t look usable.

Happy Birthday stay

My family thoroughly enjoyed celebrating my wife's 65th birthday at the Priory Barn. The house and garden are generous in size and perfect for little ones to entertain themselves. The house was spotlessly clean, the beds were really comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Would thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful stay

Great place for all the family ranging from 10mths to 60 and our dog. Loads of space - the games room was a real hit with everyone. Very clean and the beds were so comfy-love the pillows. Had a fabulous weekend celebrating hubbies 60th birthday. We'll be back - thank you.

Perfect family weekend

Priory Barn was the ideal choice for a family weekend away celebrating my parents' 60th wedding anniversary, with plenty of space for everyone. The barn has lots of character and various places to socialise including the main living room, the kitchen, the games room and the lovely garden. There's lots to do nearby and we visited Penshurst Place and Hever Castle as well as some of the many local pubs. Hoping to book again.

Fantastic house for family holiday

We had a fantastic stay at Priory Barn. A beautiful house I a gorgeous bit of country side. Plenty of space for everyone to have room to do what they want, games room in particular was very well equipped and thoroughly entertained grandchildren and adults alike. Some lovely places to visit nearby, though be aware if you have dogs, most don't allow dogs except in parts of grounds. Plenty of fabulous walks nearby and a lovely garden.

A great house for a family holiday

The check in process was excellent. The house is perfect for a family get together with plenty of room. If anything the photos online don't do the property justice. The outside area is perfect for relaxing, playing games or eating at the large outdoor table. The kitchen is well equipped. Overall we had a great time and would certainly recommend the house to others with a large family.

Priory Barn

The property had tremendous character and felt very special .. especially in the main living room when we had the log burner lit in the evenings . The garden was beautiful and we were able to sit out and have our breakfast sitting on the patio . We found some nice walks for our dogs around the nearby village of Charcott which had a good pub too. There are several National Trust properties not too far away . We enjoyed visiting Chartwell where Churchill lived .

Great property for large groups

Overall we enjoyed our stay - the games room is fantastic. The room layout is a little odd as you might expect with a barn conversion. Location is great too. Only slight negative was that the property is in need of a bit of tlc - a couple of things didn’t work (coffee machine being one) and the clean could have been better. Otherwise great 😎👍

Beautiful house for a wedding weekend

We had a wonderful 3 days at the house which was perfect for smaller children with the safe and private garden, our teenage boys who loved the games room. The house is designed so that everyone has their space while spending time together. It is beautifully furnished, clean and well equipped. The surrounding area is also stunning and we will have to come back to visit again and see more when we don’t have family weddings to prepare for. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Kathryne
