'Incredibly attentive, kind staff with a very strict no tip policy. Our room was large, with a lovely balcony overlooking the lagoon. The food was good, but the best food is in the Rio restaurant overlooking the ocean. Our second night there, they had a themed meal and show by the staff which was really fun. 'I have been in this hotel now two times, and I was surprised to see the staff remember me on my second visit, since it was nearly a year before that, when I made my first visit. I absolutely love the hotel, the staff and the surrounding area. You ask and they try to make it happen, everybody is friendly and greets you with a smile. If I go back to Cebu for the third time, I don't even have to look for a hotel, since I know where to stay.'
