Our stay was magical. The staff are friendly, kind, professional and tend to any need you may have. The rein was large, beautiful, clean and comfortable. We reserved time in the Arab baths and had a massage after. It was relaxing and revitalizing. We will definitely return one day!

The cons: Our room (Lavanda) was not clean and it lacked maintenance. There was mold on the roof and on the bathroom tiles, and fungi in the coffee machine in the bedroom. If you have respiratory issues or allergies this can be quite terrible, and it made it hard to spend the night. The towels didn’t smell all that well either. The woman who checked us in was very nice, but when we checked out and mentioned the issues the receptionist didn’t seem to care too much. The pros: the baths are really good, the location is good and a few minutes away from pretty much everything.

Excelente. Personal súper amable. En cuánto al hotel, habitaciones muy nuevas, cómodas y limpias. Decoración y diseño muy cuidados. Es un detallazo que te ofrezcan de forma gratuita varias bebidas y cafés. La zona del hotel es muy tranquila, ideal para descansar. En cuánto a los baños árabes es sinceramente una experiencia que recomiendo a todo el mundo que pase al menos una noche en Toledo. Además de la calidad de los baños como lugar de relajación, te sumerges de lleno en la historia y cultura árabe que tantos años perduró en nuestro país de una forma única. También te ofrecen un te y pastas caseras inmejorables. Sin duda alguna repetiré en mi próxima visita a Toledo

Es un edificio antiguo y la habitación no está insonorizada del ruido, de los motores que calienta el agua de los baños árabes. La sábana superior de la cama es una funda nórdica y es poco práctica de cambiar cada vez, que hay cliente nuevo, por lo que dudo que se cambie.

Arabian nights in Toledo
This hotel is in a very old building but they have done a great job with it. If you like Marriott type hotels don’t stay here. There is no elevator. Narrow stone stairway to climb with bags. The place is old but immaculate. Arabian baths were great. Only complaint is they need to upgrade their bedding and towels. White 100% cotton should be used in a hotel. Staff is wonderful

The absolute BEST!
This was, hands down, the most amazing stay I’ve ever had at a hotel. It cost a fraction of what it was worth, and included in the initial fee was our room and board, luggage storage before checkin, and a visit to the baths. The staff were lovely, and they were able to explain in depth the history of the building and the baths. They brought us tea during our allotted time, brought us an amazing breakfast in bed (again, for a fraction of the cost I feel it was worth) and were overall just amazing hosts. If you are looking for a place to stay in Toledo, this place deserves every cent of your money. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

The spa!!!!
Amazing. Mario is the manager and was very hospitable making our stay very enjoyable. This hotel is in a building built in the 12th century. It has been thoughtfully restored decorated with Moorish influence. Our room was clean and comfortable with a modern bathroom. Complimentary coffee, tea, water, and beer in the room. Now the amazing! It has a 3 pool spa in the subterranean chamber with vaulted brick ceilings. Totally separate from the rest of the world with only the sound of the running spa waters. 1 hour a day in the spa was included in the cost of the stay. Unexpected and fantastic treat after walking miles through the ancient city of Toledo.

Best hotel to stay at! If you are visiting Toledo, this should be on your bucket list of places to see. The Turkish bath experience will last you a lifetime! I strongly recommend this place. The staff is very nice and friendly.

Todo, la habitación, el trato del personal, el edificio y la zona donde se encuentra, y cómo no, sus baños árabes. A destacar también los detalles personales hacia el cliente. Te dejan agua, cerveza y zumos en nevera. Café y té y almendras. En los baños te preparan un té con pastas y dejan una tarjetita con tu nombre. Muy agradecida. Los pequeños detalles marcan la diferencia.

Wonderful two days couple stay
We had a wonderful stay and greatly enjoyed the baths. The staff was as friendly as one could wish for. The rooms showed some early signs of aging, yet nothing that would taint the nice experience. We stayed two nights and had the breakfast, which was delivered to the room. With the variety of great restaurants around, I'm not sure I would do that again, though. Great place for couples, we'd surely come again.
