'Friendly staff, lovely room and spa area plus excellent breakfast'

'Great hotel overlooking Fistral beach with its own on-site surf school. Great amenities, food, facilities and staff. We stayed with teenagers during half-term so it was very busy but the staff were excellent from reception to breakfast. The teenagers had surf lessons and the school staff were very helpful. Shout out to Isaac the surf instructor who was brilliant.'

'It was pet friendly and well located, near the beach and restaurants. We didn't realise that we needed to book breakfast in advance but the owners were very good about it and accommodated us anyway.'

'Clean room, but breakfast menu is the same, no change'

'We liked the central location, it was clean, that it has fridge and waterkettle with coffee and tea. The shower is buttonoperated, which is watersaving, but inconvenient; the soap dispenser did not work. Only one bedside table was available.'

'Lovely property. Very central. Large space. Would use again. Having to strip and bag all the linen when leaving by 10am was the only negative'
