'The location of this property is unbeatable. Close to the ocean and an easy walk to downtown. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I liked the parking which had a cost but was very convenient. They need to do a bit of work on the place. There was some areas in the room that needed painting and plaster work. The shower and bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was very good. '

'Fabulous view of the sea and easy walk to the city centre. There is a beautiful view from the bar and restaurant and I enjoyed one of their many spa massage treatments. The staff in the bar and housekeeping were also exceptional. The room was a bit warm but they do provide fans. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel. '

'Had a lovely 2 night stay at The Beresford Hotel. My daughter and I shared a sea view twin room with ensuite. On arrival it looks quite run down and parking isnt great and is limited, however if you get a space they print a sign stating your name and reg number for £5 per night. This ensures you a parking space. We had an Assistance Dog and a retired Assistance Dog, who is now old and nothing was too much trouble and thevwere made to feel welcome, along with us. The beds were comfortable...
