Cozy Private Japanese-style House

This is your home away from home! This private Japanese house is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet only 20 min walk(1.4km) from Tokushima Station.

The house is recently remodeled, and it is fully furnished with retro Western-Japanese furniture. There are built-in kitchen, television, washing machine, etc. The house is completely private (no share) and it can comfortably host up to 4 guests.

***UPDATES***
We are currently applying for the official "Japanese-style guesthouse license", thus required to take a copy of our guests' passport - we simply have to keep it inside the safe, and will not be using it for anything else.

***ACCOMMODATIONS***
We stock our house with all the necessities: coffee/tea, variety of cooking utensils, condiments, dinnerwares, paper towels, garbage bags, liquid dish soap, bath products, towels, hair dryer, clean linens, cleaning products, laundry products, toilet paper, tissues, iron & ironing board, stationeries, air conditioner(each room), air purifier/humidifier, futon dehumidifier/dryer, guidebooks, tourist pamphlets, chess, cards, games, etc. There are pretty much everything you would need for a comfortable stay, so it feels very "homey" and you can pack light!

***ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT***
We do not charge children under 5 years old, and give additional discounts to children under 12 years old. Also, if you are a group of 3 or more, and planning on staying for more than 5 days, we will give you a huge additional discount (up to $700), so please contact us via message:D

***Self-Check-in, Self-Check-out***
The key is inside the lockbox in the entrance (password provied via email) so you do not need to see us when you check-in & out. We would like to give our guests their privacy, but we are always available through phone call/texts, LINE, or ------- message;D

Check-in time: anytime after 11 am
Check-out time: anytime before 11 am

***INTERNET***
High speed, unlimited internet available at house. *A free portable Wi-Fi also provided for guests!

***KITCHEN***
There are build-in kitchen, induction cooktop, cooking utensils, microwave, dinerwares, spices & condiments, etc. - pretty much everything you need for cooking is available in our kitchen!

*Some complimentary drinks, fruit jam, butter, bread, different kinds of condiments available in the refrigerator for breakfast and cooking. Please feel free to use everything while you are here.

***BICYCLES***
Two bicycles available for you - parked in the garden. *If you need more bicycles, please let us know in advance. We may have additional 1~2 bicycles for you. Please keep them in the garden, and don't park them on the street in front of the house.

***PARKING****
A free parking spot available for one vehicle in front of the house (in the garden). There is another car usually parked there too, so please park your car in the far left.

****FUTONS***
We have 4 sets of futon mattress for our guests - 2 sets on each floor (inside the futon closet). We hire professional cleaning stuff and use fresh and clean lines, so you can feel comfortable and have a good rest!

***LAUNDRY ***
Washing machine located outside. There is no dryer, but you can either hang clothe in garden or use a rooftop terrace on the second floor. Detergents and softeners available.

***FIRST-AID***
A first-aid box located inside the cabinet in the living room - various kinds of medicines available.

***HOME SECURITY***
The listing is remodeled all-electric house. For our guests' safety, we have wired fire alarms, fire extinguisher, intruder alarm (it's a very safe neighborhood, so you probably do not need to use this), etc.

***GUEST SUPPORT***
If you have any questions about sightseeing in Tokushima, or just anything in general, we will be happy to answer them!

We have a Fbook page "tokushima -------", and we've been posting articles about local events and places to visit in Tokushima, etc., so you might find it helpful.

Guidebooks, a list of restaurant recommendations, instructions for various appliances, direction for Tokushima station, supermarkets, and coin laundry (all written in both English and Chinese), etc. are available for the guests as well - please check the blue file on the table.
