The community has wonderful amenities including: 2 lakes, 6 basketball courts, 2 softball fields, 2 bocce ball courts, 6 tennis courts, 6 playgrounds, 1 wall ball court, 4 pools (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), 9-hole miniature golf (seasonal), 1 pavilion, 2 community gardens, seasonal snack bar, paddle boating (seasonal), kayaking (seasonal), canoeing (seasonal), 1 swimming beach, 2 dog parks, outdoor ice skating (seasonal), outdoor ping pong, cornhole/bean bags, and 24-hour security. All amenities within the community are subject to availability.

Passes may be purchased for $12/day per guest for the wristband for the pool. Wristbands can be purchased at the pool via credit card only. Cash is not accepted and kids under 3 are free.

Note: POOL HOURS ARE FROM 11:00AM-7:00PM. Pools will be open daily from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

**Tennis/basketball courts, shuffleboard, private lake beach, and boating is available May-August.

● Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am.
● We do not allow parties in the home.
● We only allow maximum of 2 Pets.
● No smoking inside; you may use the back patio.
● No illegal substances are allowed.
● No food or drinks in the bedrooms.
● No candles or other open flames.
● Please turn off [AC/HEATING/LIGHTS] when you go out.
● Please separate waste from recyclables in the labeled bins provided.
● Visitors are allowed as long as they do not spend the night.
● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property.
● Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet; there is a trash can beside it for everything else.
● If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
