We just recently decided to rent this property, will keep the rates very competitive in hopes to get some new reviews on file, book while still available!
This house is sure to impress with its peaceful and relaxing atmosphere!! Our 1500 sq. ft., 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property will accommodate 9 people (3 sleep in the living room). Whether you are in the mood for active or relaxing getaway, you will sure find what you are looking for any time of the year!! This house is situated in an amenity filled community complete with playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts. Our property is also minutes away from the Kalahari Resort and Waterpark, Mount Airy Casino Resort, The Crossings Premium Outlets, Claws 'n' Paws Wild Animal Park, Quiet Valley Historical Farm, numerous breweries, restaurants, beach, hiking trails, skiing, and more! Whatever you do, you will find your experience immensely satisfying and memorable.
Downstairs includes 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 full bathroom, spacious kitchen, dining area, vintage bar, and open living room with a WOOD BURNING fireplace. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas stove/oven, toaster and a coffee maker. It is also fully equipped with cooking and dining utensils. The living room features a large flat screen smart TV and a stereo system. You will also find numerous board games that will provide a ton of entertainment!!
Upstairs includes 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, 1 full bathroom, and a CHILL AREA with couches, another large flat screen smart TV, play station and a virtual reality set (VR).
The living room leads outside to the SECLUDED dining area facing the woods. Outdoor area features gas BBQ grill, fire pit, and hammock.
Pets are not allowed.
No Air Conditioner only Ceiling Fans
INDOOR FIREPLACE NOT AVAILABLE DURING SUMMER.
Must be 21 years old to rent.

Very clean. Property manager very responsive. Good location for access to local Pocono ski areas. House is in a gated community that resembles a residential neighborhood, so if you're looking for an isolated cabin in the woods, this is not it. Some minor inconveniences are lights in the house that don't work and no laundry amenities (no washer/dryer). Also, the need to present a pass to enter the community is a bit of a nuisance. Can also make Doordash deliveries problematic.

Amazing vacation

The location was good..close to stores and state parks.. The community has its own lake..so peaceful to be in a kayak..boat or fishing..just relaxing.. The house very clean and with kitchen filled with stuff you need to cook..grill..coffee..toaster..and plenty of towels. Julia the manager..she was so nice and always answered when you needed.. My kids were very happy to see the deers in the yard 😀 All was amazing!!! Thank you so much.. Yes we will go back! Definitely 👍

Great place to stay

I have NO complaints about this property. When we walked in the door everything was exactly as pictured and immaculately clean. It was stocked with seasonings, pots, pans, dishes, towels, sanitizer, everything that you would need except your food. My 2 grandsons enjoyed the game area and my 1 1/2 yr old granddaughter as well as her brothers enjoyed watching the deer in the back while we were grilling on the very large deck and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. The hosts Julia and Roman were exceptional with their communications and texted us during our stay to make sure that all was ok and we didn't need anything. We are thinking about going back again next year. The children did not want to leave when it was time to go home.

I definitely recommend for my family and friends

The property was very nice and spacious. There was an area to have a barbecue and a little fire to roast marshmallows. We were also able to see deer and interact with them. The property manager was also very kind and helpful. If my family and I needed anything she would reply right away and help us.

Good stay for wet wkd

Roman was good communicator, booking and coordinating was easy. Property is close - not deep into PA, right off the water gap. Had a slight issue with the door the night we got in but figured it out after a couple tries. House is nice and spacious, rooms were big and beds were comfortable (not saggy spring beds). Lots of amenities for indoor fun - TV with chromecast (TV in the living room was mounted VERY high for some reason), board games, video games with a PS VR. Alot of mystery switches that did nothing which was another game for us, haha. Nice bbq grill and Roman supplied the propane which was nice (could use an awning/umbrella but that was because we had a rainy wkd). I would have given the stay a 5 star rating but would have liked to see the windows/doors have insect screens. There was one on the patio door but it doesn't fit properly so we had moths and mosquitos in the house everytime we opened the doors or windows. Because we couldn't leave windows open, the house got pretty warm and stuffy so I think they could use a couple more fans or another alternative for ventilation. Overall our group had a great time. We absolutely loved this house! It’s our new home away from home! Couldn’t have picked a better home

This was our very first time renting and we couldn’t have had better luck! Roman and Anna were only a phone call away. Responded very quickly to any questions. Everything needed was in the home. We enjoyed the firepit during the night roasting marshmallows and the friendly deer in the morning. The house was nice and clean just like the pictures! There’s no A/C but that didn’t bother us one bit. The ceiling fans worked just fine. The design of the home creates a very nice draft. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for nice clean home in a good location! They even offered us to stay longer than the check out, if we needed too! Very good people.
