'Nice hotel in the oldest part of Shelburne directly on the bay. Shops and restaurants at walkable distance. Newly updated ,very spacious room and friendly reception. Free coffee available outside our room. Walls are rather thin but no real problem during our stay.'

'Enjoyed my stay at this facility. Property is old but for the most part well maintained. My only comment, and I did pass this along to the staff, was the windows were terribly dirty. For a property that boasts its views, the cleanliness of the windows was very disappointing!!'

'Dirt everywhere. Filthy. Stains on sheets, blankets, and pillows and curtains. Dead bugs, in light fixtures and cupboards. Oven looked like it was never cleaned. Holes in walls, furniture was broken, legs hanging off of night tables, table lamp electrical shock when touched. Broken shelves in bathroom. Bathroom not stocked with towels, and regular toiletries. Grimy stains on walls, moldy windows and no grout in shower. Wheelchair ramp not shovelled. Would not recommend and will not go back. '
