Dear Sir, Madame, Thank you for your review, I was actually waiting for it. I will reply point by point: Fake B&B: My B&B is a 3 bedroom apartment, every bedroom has a private bathroom and toilet, everything is new and well refurbished. There is a nice and cosy breakfast area where the breakfast is served on daily base by me. In the building there is a medical center, and a dentist, is 30m from Carabinieri Station and 60m from Polizia station (I guess it can be considered safe enough), and the fact that is not an independent building, as you wished, but an apartment converted in a B&B doesn't means you can call it a Fake B&B, (quite insulting towards my job and my place). Misleading photos: The photos are real and recently made. The fact that I didn't show the traffic jam in the pictures has quite obvious reasons, and I don't think they need to be explained, you wouldn't hear anything from the street as the windows are new, and all of them with double glasses, but as you stayed in the room 1 minute, you didn't have the time to check it and I understand it, but anyway, the position of the B&B is not a secret, the address is on Google, and just using street view you could have seen the position and the appearance of the building. The owner said he would not charge our card, but apparently did as we drove away and did not answer his phone afterwards: When you left I just said that I would check if you had the right for a refund, according with the reservation you made (not If a had the right to refund you as you understood), and after not even 5 minutes you drove away I've texted you telling you that your reservation was a not refundable one. You called me twice by phone, I picked up the phone and we talked, I repeat, twice, and you were keeping telling me that mine was not a B&B. After that I've received a call from the customer service of the website where you booked your room, that confirmed me that you had a non refundable booking, and you didn't have the right for a refund, as I had all the requirements to be a B&B. After that I didn't pick up the phone, I didn't see the point to let you insult my job and my B&B again, you did it anyway by sms, and I replied you kindly explaining my point. I only wish I had the reflex to take photos as we ran away from this place: I've got many photos on the internet, taken by customers too and hundreds of nice reviews, any of them talks about the place you described. I would have maybe preferred to receive a negative review from someone who spent at least one night in my place, and not only 2 minutes. Kind Regards Lorenzo
