Villa Casa Mate is located in the small village of Kringa, in the interior of Istria. This traditional stone villa enchants with its surroundings - fragrant Mediterranean herbs and olives. Because of the privacy it offers, it will be a real little oasis of peace to which you will want to return again and again. The house is suitable for 4 people and is pet friendly.



The interior of the villa covers 100 m² and consists of up to 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a bar where you will find everything you need for a comfortable and functional stay. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs where you can enjoy prepared meals. Next to it is the living room where you can relax after long days exploring the area. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower. All rooms are air conditioned.



This vacation home has 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms located on the 1st floor. The master bedroom has a double bed and access to a balcony with a relaxation area. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery, making it an ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed.



The property of Villa Casa Mate is paved and completely fenced. In front of the house there is a covered outdoor terrace with a dining table and an outdoor fireplace for barbecuing. This terrace will be an ideal shelter on hot summer days, but also a favorite place to spend long summer evenings. All that's missing is something to nibble on with a glass of good wine and the vacation can begin!



Villa Casa Mate is located just a few kilometers from the medieval town of Pazin and half an hour's drive from the tourist pearls of Rovinj and Poreč. If you want to stay close to your accommodation, you can't go wrong - Kringa is known for its rich history, beautiful nature and authentic Istrian way of life. Those who like an active holiday can climb the numerous paths to the viewpoints and admire the natural beauty, and those who want to experience a touch of Istria can taste traditional dishes - Istrian maneštra, fuži or homemade prosciutto.
