This beautifully restored traditional old stone house, combined with modern style improvements, is set on a large plot with meadows and woodland all around. The location is absolutely peaceful and relaxing, so all you hear is birds singing. The only thing that breaks the relaxing green atmosphere is the beautiful and large blue swimming pool with its 50 m². Sun loungers and parasols are available for your little poolside break while your children play and have fun. The spacious area around the pool allows you to feel at ease and enjoy life outdoors. The covered terrace has a dining table so you can enjoy delicious meals al fresco.

The carefully restored Villa Natura with its stone walls and wooden ceilings has plenty of character.

On the first floor, the villa welcomes you with an open-plan living area with kitchen and dining table for up to 6 people. There is a cozy, bright bedroom on the same floor.

Wooden stairs lead to the upper floor, which has a further 2 double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom for your comfort. On this floor there is another nice bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

The modern covered terrace on the second floor offers a wonderful view of the field and its magnificent olive trees. In addition, the bedroom on the first floor and the upper bedroom with the terrace have very large glass walls that enhance the outdoor living feeling and natural light. In the evening hours, it is lovely to enjoy the beautifully lit surroundings under the magical starry sky. With Villa Natura you are in the middle of nature, but not too far from the nearest bigger town - the nearest coastal town is Porec - only 20 minutes away by car.

This stone house is situated outside a small Istrian village, the location is very quiet and peaceful, yet the vibrant tourist center of Porec and its beaches are only a short drive away. In Pula and Trieste you will find international airports (Ryanair, FlyGlobespan, Thomson, Norwegian Air Shuttle, Tuifly, German Wings, Sterling, Wizzair and many Russian charter flights). The tourist town of Porec is only 20 minutes away. Rovinj, Pula and other attractions are only a short drive away. Only 15 minutes from the property you will find the nearest beach with plenty of quiet places to relax.
