'We stayed here for 3 nights, arrived with a late night flight from Las Vegas at Baltimore Washington Airport. Only a 15 minutes cardrive from the airport, and a 40 minutes cardrive to Washington DC. For 4 persons we had two suites reserved at a very reasonable price. Both room were equiped with a kitchen, small living room, bedroom with a double bed and batch room. 'The rooms were clean . With our own coffee station. Mini fridge and microwave come in handy.We stay 4 nights. You have maid servive ever other day. Breakfast was fully stocked. Had coffee , tea and juice . Now the front desk we had to wait some on staff. Of course around check in time 3, We arrived around 5, they were there. But the people were friendly and respectful. '

'The property itself is stunning. There is a huge lake outside of the hotel that in normal circumstances would give you an amazing view. However, in my case, I booked and paid for an upgraded room with a FULL lake view. Unfortunately, when I went to check-in, I was told that there was a concert in town and the hotel was overbooked. My room was on the 3rd floor and there was a giant tree that fully blocked our view of the lake. When I asked if anything could be done, I was told no, because of the...
