Superb renovated farmhouse of 140 m², typical of Normandy, located in Tillières-sur-Avre, in a peaceful and green setting. The house sleeps 6, a large enclosed garden of 2200 m², as well as a terrace equipped to fully enjoy outdoor meals. Optional: Possibility to rent a large bright workshop of 120 m² on 2 levels, with independent access from the street and opening onto the garden: ideal for an artist, artistic or other courses, yoga sessions, training, creative retreats or teleworkers in search of inspiration. You will be next to Verneuil sur Avre (classified as one of the "Most beautiful detours in France"!), Dreux, where there is a royal chapel as well as a fascinating Art and History museum. There is also the Center Parcs Les Bois-Francs to enjoy a relaxing day in the heart of nature.
