'Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und professionell. Mein Zimmer war sauber uns ordentlich mit einem schönen Bad und einem wirklich bequemen Bett. Vom Balkon (mit einer Hängematte) hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Berge (wenn es die Wolken erlauben) Natürlich ist es aufgrund der zentralen Lage und des erstaunlichen Verkehrs recht laut, was aber durch die Annehmlichkeiten aufgewogen wird. Kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!'

'We had an amazing stay at ging tea house It is a rare gem hidden in the mountains with breathtaking views. The property manager Mr. Andrew made sure our stay was memorable. He helped us with the directions. He and his team work day and night to make sure we have tasty food for breakfast lunch and dinner and making nice dargeeling tea for us. The property is located in the mountains with lots of greenery and small hikes to explore the tea plantations. Will definitely visit here again. '

'Great location, walkable to the Toy Train. Many restaurants close by. The hotel was able to organise taxis and sightseeing trips. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant was very busy at breakfast but there was no shortage of food. Would stay again.'

'Room too cold. Cant be adequately heated. Staff refused to give 2nd key to keep heater on . Cockroaches in dining area/table. Staff ignored when cockroaches were pointed out. '
