The holiday apartment "Noemi" welcomes you in Tignale with a beautiful view of the main square of Piovere’s historic center from its small balcony. The property, renovated in masonry to preserve the village’s traditional style, measures about 60 m² and features a living room with fireplace and sofa bed for two, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. It can accommodate up to 5 or 6 guests. Additional amenities include a TV and a fan.



The apartment is about 7 km from the lake, on the Tignale plateau, 400 meters above lake level. The village offers a minimarket, a partner bar with excellent pizza, a restaurant, and a hairdresser. The beach, ATMs, and a pharmacy are just 7 km away.



Free public street parking is available. One pet is allowed for an extra charge. Smoking and parties or events are not permitted. Air conditioning is not available, but Wi-Fi is provided throughout the apartment.
