The cosy apartment 7 is located in La Asomada, a village on the Canary Island of Lanzarote, in a well-kept residential complex. The dreamlike apartment extends over 2 floors and enchants with dark wooden ceilings, light-flooded rooms with skylights and the romantic loft, which you can access via stairs in the living room and where you can sleep under the charming, rustic beams. The apartment thus consists of a living room with a gallery and integrated sleeping area, a very well-equipped, high-quality kitchen with a bar and adjacent dining area, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom. The apartment can therefore accommodate 4 people. The beds are single beds, which have been pushed together to form a double bed. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, toys and children's books. A cot and a high chair are also available if requested in advance. The large, private veranda of the accommodation is equipped with a dining area and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. The communal area of the complex includes a garden, a pool of over 100 m², a sun terrace with deckchairs and a barbecue area. You also have a wonderful view of the mountains and the blue sea on the horizon. A restaurant, a supermarket and a gas station are within 2,7 km (a 4-minute drive) and the next beach, Playa Grande in Puerto del Carmen, is 7 km (an 11-minute drive) from the apartment.

Children must be 13 years of age or older to stay at this property.

The first-aid kit is shared and is located by the pool.

Portable heaters for the winter are available upon request.
