La villa se compose de trois chambres Ă  coucher, deux salles de bains et peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  6 personnes. La chambre a des placards et d'une salle de bains avec baignoire / douche, lavabo et toilettes. Les deux chambres doubles ont des placards et une salle de bains avec douche, lavabo et toilettes. n

Ces villa moderne, décoré avec goût est lumineux et spacieux, idéal pour les familles et les amis à la recherche d'un séjour de détente ..

La salle de séjour est confortable et accueillant,

A very pleasant stay in Lanzarote, thanks to this beautiful house. An excellent géographic location as a base to visit all the island, a peaceful environment to rest after the visits, an open view from the terrace, a swimming pool to relax, beach and restaurants accessible on foot, and all the facilities if you want to stay at home for diner !

Our family had a wonderful week in this villa which is less than 5 minutes walk to everything. Great shops, restaurants and the beach! The owner allowed us to have a late check-out too which was incredibly helpful with two young children.The heated pool was brilliant and much needed as we had some chilly weather on one or two days. Our children spent hours enjoying it.One small point for other families to note is that the area around the pool is extremely slippy when wet. There are warning signs but please make sure your children put some form of footwear on immediately after getting out of the pool and do not step on the tiles with wet feet at any time.Other than that, we would highly recommend!

The villa was lovely. The location was ideal...in a quiet street but walking distance to a local spar, shops, bars and restaurants. Its also about a 15min cab from the airport so not too far to travel after landing. The beach is opposite the shops so nice and close also. The villa itself is very clean. I liked the tradition of guests leaving things for the next guests instead of them going to waste. The pool was the selling point as the kids love being in the water. It was clean and reasonably warm. We made full use of the bbq and loungers and enjoyed a few days chilling out at the villa and relaxing. The air con was a great touch although its not in the smaller bedroom with two single beds which was a minor shame. Leo and Rudie were very friendly hosts and helpful. All in all, a lovely villa and location

This was my second time at the villa and it was just as perfect as the first time. A beautiful location, just minutes from the seafront, but it’s very quiet & peaceful. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

This villa was so lovely, spacious, clean, lots of amenities and good washing machine! The pool was heated and our children were able to swim for hours. The outdoor space is big with plenty of room for seating and sun beds. Great location, the best area we think when visiting Lanzarote, close to restaurants and supermarkets. Also not too far from Los Pocillos and Matagorda. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend.

Very well equipped villa, super comfy beds, great pool with stunning views - being able to watch the sunrise whilst having a coffee in the morning - bliss! Great location, less that 5 minute walk to the beach and supermarket, only slightly longer to walk to the strip. Fantastic communication with Leo who was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Villa was amazing , comfortable, spotless, well equipped and in a great location. Just far back enough from the main strip to be quiet but only a short walk for all the bars and restaurants and beach. Pool was great and we enjoyed many lazy days sunbathing.

Well appointed,conviently located villa. All needs were met. Exactly as described. Situated a very short walk from front beaches,restaurant ,bars and shops. Short taxi ride from airport and old town. The villa is well maintained and very comfortable for us as a family of 4. It’s in a quiet location and just a short walk down to the sea front. Owner and housekeeper were very friendly and helpful. Air con was useful in the evenings for a few nights when it was really hot. Plenty of shade on the patio and pool warmed up nicely. Many thanks, I’m sure we’ll be back!

Perfect villa in the perfect location. Shops, restaurants & the beach are a leisurely 10 minute walk away, but the villa is in a very quiet street and is very safe & secure. The sea view is beautiful. The villa has everything you could possibly need, with lots of small thoughtful touches. I’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful villa situated in an excellent area, close to all the amenities. The villa has all the equipment needed for a comfortable stay. The only slight disappointment was the pool hadn’t been cleaned for our arrival and as a result of illness wasn’t cleaned until day 10.

Es ist eine wunderschöne Villa. Ideal auch fĂŒr kleine Kinder trotz der Kakteen im Garten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles ist praktisch eingerichtet und in der KĂŒche ist alles auch fĂŒr ein grĂ¶ĂŸeres MenĂŒ vorhanden. In der KĂŒche vielleicht darauf hinweisen, daß die SpĂŒlmaschine nur im ECO Modus funktioniert sonst steigt sie aus. Der Pool ist zu dieser Jahreszeit fand ich sehr wichtig, da nicht immer am Stand gebadet werden konnte. Die Liegen am Pool sind schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und auch eine war kaputt. Wir haben daß weitergegeben und ich denke die wird schnellstmöglich ausgetauscht. Die Lage ist absolut ideal. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Verschiedene StrĂ€nde, SupermĂ€rkte und auch die Bushaltestelle sind nicht weit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schon im Vorwege hat mit der email-Kommunikation mit Leo alles super und prompt geklappt. Als wir ankamen, wurden wir herzlich von Rudi, dem Verwalter, begrĂŒĂŸt, der uns auch sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand, wenn wir mal eine Frage hatten. Vielen Dank nochmal dafĂŒr!! Das Haus ist wirklich traumhaft, genauso wie beschrieben. Es lag fĂŒr jeden von uns ein Satz HandtĂŒcher bereit (1 Duschtuch, 2 kleine, 1 Pooltuch und eine Liegenauflage), ein Handtuch- bzw. BettwĂ€schewechsel erfolgt nicht, aber mit Waschmaschine und Trockner im Haus ist das ja kein Problem! Wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen ausreichend Platz im Haus und die riesige Terrasse mit Meerblick ließ auch nichts zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Lediglich die Liegen sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise kaputt, aber das wird sicherlich bald behoben. Von der Lage her liegt das Haus perfekt. Es sind nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Meer bzw. der Strandpromenade, einem gut sortierten Spar-Supermarkt und den vielen Restaurants und GeschĂ€ften, aber ruhig in einer Wohnstraße gelegen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und wenn wir wieder einmal nach Lanzarote kommen, werden wir die Villa auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

We have stayed in this area of Lanzarote many times before in a lot of different villas. We have never gone back to a Villa as, although they were all good, there was always a “if only”. If only it was slightly closer to the bars and restaurants, if only the pool was bigger, if only the sun stayed on the terrace all day etc. With this Villa there were no “if only’s”. Location was perfect for beach, bars and restaurants with all being just a short 5 minute walk away yet it was still very quiet and peaceful. Inside the Villa had everything you needed (and more!) and was comfortable and clean. Outside was the best with a decent sized pool, plenty of space to be in either sun or shade at any time of the day and sea and sunrise views. All in all we had a great 2 weeks and would definitely recommend this Villa and hope to return again soon.
