'Pool felt cold compared to when we stayed a few years back, warmed up slightly on 2nd day. Changing rooms could do with some TLC missing locker doors or broken. Nice food although some items off the menu were not available. Only 1 towel was provided in room on arrival had to ask twice for more. Rooms adequate, bathroom ok but black mood on walls near shower. Walls are paper thin, could hear the person next door coughing and having a wee! Lovely. Wish other people staying would have...

'Staff were helpful. Though the place is poorly maintained. The elevator was out for the entire stay and we needed access to it. The breakfast was nice but we caught some of the bread and croissants having mold. Overall i wouldn’t stay again there.'

'Excellent location near Lancaster, just off M6. Lovely pub, lovely breakfast too. Plenty of parking.
Compact room, neat, tidy, good supplies. Comfortable bed. Tea & coffee makings & small kettle. Only issue was room was really hard to ventilate, so was very warm (good for winter tho!)'
