« We has a great stay!! It was very quiet and safe. The hotel was like brand new. »

« The room was clean but the bathroom wasn't. Tub had dirty spots on the wall , tub looked stained. There was wadded up candy wrappers in the floor on the side of toilet. Parking in the back where my room was, is very tight. »

« Bathtub drainage was slow/clogged, had to change room. Second room is fine. Bed cover felt old and long-used. Was not comfortable to sleep. Was expecting better room condition and equipments overall with this well-branded hotel. »

« Hot tub was out of service, 2 of 3 elevarors went down Sunday morning while the whole hotel was trying to check out. Lack of carts to service guests during peak times. Got scolded by staff for wandering into the breakfast area after breakfast times. Clean overall, very nice room with a great view of the airport and the East side of Norman.
