'One of The pillow case was dirty.'

'Spacious rooms but noisy. Airco does it's work but sounds like a F-16 engine. Kingsize and room with queens: both very hard matras. Staff friendly and helpfull (as your bathroom door is (b)locked from the outside ... and forgood diner suggestions). Continental breakfast good. '

'It was clean and comfortable'

'I like nothing about this property. Drapes torn and bathroom has black mold all over. Wish I could give them -10. Receptionist very grumpy. Washroom at entrance out of order also elevator. No working elevator'

'Loved all the space and complete kitchen'

'Staff were great, room was clean and the breakfast is generally the best of the hotels that I have tried in Thunder Bay. I never hesitate to stay here.'

'Nice hotel good breakfast. Only complaint is beds were too soft. But thumbs up 👍'

'The property was easy to find with ample parking. The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast area was clean with many options. Would stay here every visit in the future.'
