My stay at Hyatt Thrissur was excellent. Very good service and friendly staff. They were courteous and very responsive. The staff even packed my lunch prep for my onward journey.

Due to last minute changes my travel plan was cancelled. Regrettably, my request for a refund or voucher was not fulfilled. I believe that in situations where customers face unexpected changes in plans, a certain degree of understanding and leniency can go a long way in fostering customer loyalty. While I maintain a positive opinion of the hotel itself, I couldn't help but feel a bit disappointed by the lack of flexibility in addressing my unique situation. It's not just about the monetary aspect; it's about recognizing and valuing loyal customers who, under different circumstances, would have gladly returned for another pleasant stay. I understand the challenges businesses face in maintaining policies, but I believe exceptional circumstances call for exceptional measures. A gesture of goodwill, such as a voucher for a future stay, would have left a lasting positive impression and reinforced my loyalty to both the hotel and the booking platform.

I wouldn’t say it’s a Five star property. Service is exceptional and staff are very attentive. No Bar at the property is a big negative.

Excellent front desk service by Parvathy. She was very helpful and responsive. The property is clean, and everything works in the rooms. A very fine property with some excellent buffet options in the restaurant. Will be back!

Highly recommended hotel
I had a very comfortable stay at the Hyatt Regency in Thrissur. The staff were very friendly and courteous to my entire family. They also accommodate early check in requests for both rooms I had booked. They arranged for a hotel car for us as well as we had to travel long distances within Kerala. The only minor issue we faced was that the hotel car did not have the Fast Tag balance to cross toll gates on the national highway and this caused a slight delay as we tried to get to the airport. However, the driver resolved the issue swiftly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed with my wife at Hyatt Thrissur from 7th February 2020 to 9th February 2020. The Hotel is located close to Shobha city, Puzhakkal which is a nice and serene place. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is cordial and welcoming. Food is awesome with a lot of varieties especially Kerala cuisine and continental. The restaurant staff needs a special mention for their hospitality. Staff like Karma, Megha, Jins, Jose, Manoj, Suraj (Poolside cafe) and the gentleman and lady from the northeast (name forget) require special mention for their friendly approach and care they take for us and other guests. The overall experience was great and would prefer to visit again. Wishing the best for Hyatt and ensure that you maintain the standards.
