'The guy at check in (I think it was the manager) was extremely friendly and remembered me and had conversations throughout my stay. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Hotel pool was clean. Room was clean. There was only one employee I encountered that wasn’t too friendly, a younger lady I had asked what direction to get to the pool and she gave me a crazy look and just pointed outside and said “out there”… ik the pool is outside (duh) but I didn’t realize it was only accessible from an outside...

'This was my husband's and mine first stay with Wood Spring Suites. The staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The room was clean and very basic. There was a regular size fridge and a two range stove top, and a laundry basket. The towels were minimal with two bath towels and a wash cloth and floor mat, but no hand towels. 'Property was conveniently located. Staff was kind and breakfast buffet was good. We stayed in an accessible suite. While most of the room was very clean, the shower looked a little dingy. And while we understood that water would scatter because of the type of shower it was, it seemed excessive. We had to use a couple of towels just for the purpose of cleaning that up after each use. Other than that, the property was good.'
