Aparthotels in Three Peaks Recreation Area

'We were promised a ground floor room, but the desk clerk rather callously said there weren't any left. We are elderly, with bad hips and backs, and we have two dogs, Making numerous trips up the stairs was exhausting when the heat was over 100 deg. So we started out completely hot and irritated. We were dismayed at the condition of the porch on BLDG 2. The landing is covered with an orange cone, to cover what appears to be a hole, and the entire porch decking is soft and mushy. It feels...

'We stayed there twice, for this motel we more so enjoyed the stay the first time. On the second stay the refrigerator didn't work in the room we were first put in, plus the towel rack was missing in the washroom. An insect had to be disposed of as well. We were then moved to a better, bigger room, which we appreciated. Overall kind of a mixed reaction. Also, disappointed there was no shampoo in the bathroom. On the plus side it is in a very nice location.'

'Although we had a great help from the staff in fixing all the problems with the airco and beds etc this hotel is an absolute disgrace. Carpets with holes and only stains, pool was closed (maybe better) no breakfast where this was offered in the advertisement. In all our travels we have never been in such a bad hotel.'
