Irish Spring in Three Oaks

Summary:

A beautiful 1870s home that has been made exceptionally stylish and basically brand new! Our home has been professionally designed so that each space is comfortable and a perfect social media backdrop. It features multiple spots to entertain and relax, indoor and outdoor dining tables, comfortable beds, limitless hot water, and great WIFI.



3 bedrooms and 2 baths accommodate up to 7 guests. Convenient location one block from Three Oaks Main Street and adjacent to the Journeyman Distillery.



The Space:

Our home was completely gut renovated in 2023; we wanted it to have all the charm of a 150 year old structure but with brand new plumbing, insulation, and central air.



The main floor features a charming vestibule, open concept living room / dining room for 8 / kitchen, a cozy den with TV, and a unique double height rear addition.



The upstairs has three nicely appointed bedrooms; bedroom one is spacious with a king bed and TV, bedroom two is cozy and quiet, and bedroom three is the largest and features a king bed as well as a twin bed, perfect for families.



The exterior features a striking solid wood lodge building that comfortable holds 6 people for TV or game playing, a long outdoor dining table for 8, a firepit, and a unique outbuilding devoted to yard games. Please note that the grill, outdoor furniture, fire pit, and exterior lodge are not available between mid November through the end of April.



All of the furnishings are premium; this is primarily our shared family home so the attention to detail, overall quality, and art collection are like nothing else on the local market.



Guest Access:

You will be welcome to use all parts of the home; there is one small locked owners closet.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is directly surrounding the Journeyman distillery and event center. In true Michigan resort town fashion, the neighborhood is a welcoming mix of affluent second home owners, homes that are rented on Airbnb, and local residents who have lived on the street for years.



Getting Around:

The village of three oaks has on street parking restrictions in place for 2-5 AM. Though generally not enforced int he summer, we recommend that all guests park int he driveway area.



Other Things to Note:

We do ask our guests that they treat the space like you are staying with a friend; make use of it all and enjoy your time but please treat it with respect.



Interaction with Guests:

We will not be present during your stay, but either the owners will be happy to be of help or our professional managers will be immediately available to our guests.
