Barn style Old Railroad Boarding House and Hotel Converted into Apartments Upstairs, Vacation rental Downstairs . One block Off Main Street in Three Forks Montana, 28 minutes to Bozeman Montana ,90 miles from Yellowstone National Park . One block from historic Sacajawea Hotel with 5 star Dinning ,bands and dancing Friday and Saturday nights. Blue Ribbon Fishing abounds with the Jefferson, Madison and Gallatin River converge to form the Missouri River At Headwaters state park. Also with in a few miles is Lewis and Clark Caverns.One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and a personal 3/4 bath with a neo angle tiled shower,toilet and pedestal lav, the other bedroom has a queen size bed with shared full bath with 6 foot long bathtub and shower toilet and pedestal lav down the hall. 10 foot high ceilings through out , large living room with queen size fold out futon and a couch could be used for additional sleeping of one person ,love seat and rocking chair 42"flat screen TV direct TV HBO and other channels . Beautiful new kitchen cabinets ,granite counter tops, dining room table for six. Four season front porch with sitting area and workout area on other side stair master free weights and cable weight machine. Coin operated washer and dryer in common area along with with access to common outside red wood deck and barbecue grill. Hi speed unlimited internet acess

Family Stay in Three Forks

We have a family of 6 and we had a very enjoyable stay that accommodated all our needs. We have several athletes in our family and the access to workout equipment and space was a big bonus for us so the kids could continue preparing for their upcoming seasons. We loved the quaint downtown and we even went to Mass at Holy Family Church. We would for sure rent this property again!

Bryant Hotel Stay

This is a lovely historic hotel converted into living spaces. The owners have filled the VRBO with beautiful antiques and historical photos/memorabilia/information. It was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to cook meals. We definitely recommend this as a great place to stay!

Three Forks Fishing Get-Away

Everything about the property is nice -- especially like the large living space, lovely kitchen and the side porch. Property is situated in a small western town where you can walk to all the local businesses, and the rivers for fishing are close by.

Excellent Experience

The house is lovely. Beautiful wood trim and interesting antiques. Even with the historic house, the bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated to add modern conveniences. The location is very close to Main Street with local eateries; our favorites were The Iron Horse and Three Forks Cafe.. Mack is an awesome host, as well.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Flying M; we even met Mack the owner! That was a bonus! Very comfortable and his rental had everything we needed. I had my 85 and 87 y/o parents with me for a Celebration of Life and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in MT.

Wedding Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay. Tons of character and details. Easy check-in and out. Loved the passcode entry. No need to be responsible for keys. We attended a wedding just a block away at the Sacajawea Inn and it was just a perfect location with much better rates. ♡ Don't overlook this one. It's great.

Nice stay

The property was perfect location for my trip as I was site seeing and hiking around Bozeman and Yellowstone by myself. Felt very safe staying in this cute small town. Place could hold a family and is just like photos show. Lots of games and books in case you want entertainment or get bored. Easy on off from highway yet feel further away. Restaurants around corner.

Different but good

The property is a little unusual in that there are other tenants on the property, but the vrbo property is most of the ground floor, and it is private. Very clean and comfortable. Great location for going to Yellowstone as well as hiking areas south of Bozeman. Convenient for exploring Bozeman and surrounding areas as well as visits to Lewis and Clark Caverns and Virginia City. We also made the drive to Glacier (4 hours) for a 2 day trip and then returned to the property, no problem. The only complaint is that the bedrooms were hot at night, but that was not the fault of the owner as the area is experiencing very unusual high temperatures.

In the heart of Three Forks

Mac's property was perfectly located a block off the main drag in Three Forks with access to cafes, the pie shop (Yes!), and the Sacagawea Hotel. Close enough to the hustle of Bozeman, but at a slower pace. Thanks!

Three Forks Fishing Getaway

Enjoyed our stay at the Bryant during our recent fishing trip. The house met our needs, was clean and served as a great location for our daily fishing trips. The front enclosed sun porch was a perfect place to keep our fishing gear and a place to relax after a day of fishing or touring.

We had the best stay at Mack’s place! The home is so beautiful with charming details, modern finishes and cozy touches. We walked to several restaurants and shopping places, the location was wonderful. Mack was very helpful and accommodating. Our family of 6 fit perfectly! Wonderful old home

We enjoyed staying here very much. We enjoyed the old home and the squeaky floors. So much charm. There was lots of games to play and we had fun with the daughters playing them. The bathrooms were well stocked. Mack should be proud of this place!!!!
