This recently remodeled, spacious, 4-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath getaway has all of the comforts of home. With large bedrooms that hold multiple beds, you'll have plenty of space. Located on a private cul-de-sac with plenty of parking.

Cathedral ceilings greet you at the door with a large open floor plan with a family room, dining space and kitchen, with room for everyone to relax in front of a cozy gas-burning fireplace. Grab a game and head up to the colorful loft where adults and kids alike love to play, or grab a book and enjoy the wrap-around deck. Join friends and family around the newly-installed circle fire pit while you enjoy a cookout on the grill, or simply take a rest in the back screened porch area while taking in the beautiful wildlife and woods surrounding you.

For those rainy days, there's a TV room with a large reclining sectional couch and a game room with a ping-pong table. Located on the edge of Crystal Mountain Resort, one of the top 10 resorts voted for best family fun places to go. Whatever recreation you enjoy, you are just minutes or a short drive away from some of the prettiest scenery in Northern Michigan.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our family vacation here—the house was very accommodating for our group of 10. Pros: Nearby amenities at Crystal mountain, but still feels secluded for a getaway. Within 15-45 minutes drive of most local attractions including Sleeping Bear Dunes and Traverse City, and Frankfort. Screened in porch with a fan was a nice feature for additional dining space. The basement was very kid friendly with the ping pong/ air hockey tables and having that extra bathroom.Cons: more furniture on back patio and loft area is needed, no where to set luggage down in closet or bedrooms. Basement was colder than the rest of the house. Upstairs shower needs to be deep cleaned. The fire pit was a great hangout space, but could use a barrier around to prevent accidental tripping into the pit.

Just like the photos - quiet but in the middle of everything. Clean. Full stocked. Lots of room for everyone. Plenty of towels. Lots of space for our family with 5 teens to spread out. Safe area. Grocery was easy to get to. Fire pit and sunroom were well loved. Big gas grill for cooking. Such a fun place. Would rebook.

Property super clean and cozy, amazing space and pretty much has everything and probably more than you need, excellent service will definitely rent it out again in the future.P. S. Good home for Families

The home has plenty of room for 3 couples or a couple families. It has a well stocked kitchen, a fun game room and a nice outdoor fire pit.The one negative was the primary bathroom could have been cleaner. The shower curtain liner needed to be replaced and it had a infestation of ladybugs.

Very solid house and listing

Had our annual golf trip of 12 adults stay there. The house was as described and good value. Some of the bunk beds say that they are only for under the age of 6, so adults should be careful when booking.

Great overall place to stay for a friends weekend!

This house was really nice and provided lots of room for my friends and I on our golf trip! The house was clean, the grill was amazing to use, the bonfire bit provides lots of great seating! My only gripe would be the comfort was of the furniture. The bunk beds on the main level had an awful squeaking noise to one of them (probably just needs some WD-40). The beds themselves were not very comfortable though, and the couches felt like they were sinking in a good amount in some spots. Overall, this place gave us everything we needed to make the best out of our weekend!

Annual Family Ski Trip

This is one of our favorite trips of the year. We’ve stayed at this property for three years in a row and will continue to come back. The house is big and spread out. The kids and teens have space to watch TV and play in the game room in the basement while the adults watch the game or play cards in the living room and dining room. I saw someone mentioned that the coffee maker was slow. That was true, but the owners have purchased a new one that is top notch. The location is great as the ski hill is just around the corner, but you’re far enough away to not have the feel of the cramped condos on or near the hill.

Golf Weekend Getaway

The place was perfect for our group of 12 that were on a golf weekend getaway. We took advantage of the nice grill on the wraparound deck after golfing and also enjoyed the firepit. We were comfortably able to sleep all 12 and would be happy to visit again!
