You will not be cramped in this comfortable and spacious T2 apartment of 40 m² on the 3rd floor, with elevator, of the châlet les Effalées A located in Thollon les Mémises.
Recently renovated in its entirety, it offers a pleasant living space with great comfort for 4 people. (ideal for a couple with two children)
At the foot of the slopes and the gondola, surrounded by shops and restaurants, it offers changing and magnificent and spectacular views of Lake Geneva and Switzerland throughout the day.
The apartment consists of:
- a large corridor leading to a superb bathroom on the right with walk-in shower, vanity unit, electric towel dryer and quality accessories. Then next to it there is a separate toilet. This is followed by a large built-in wall cupboard with two sliding doors that end the corridor. A console desk is opposite.
- a fully equipped fitted kitchen opening onto a large living room. It includes many amenities, namely: a large fridge-freezer, a traditional electric oven, a 3-burner ceramic hob, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine. A filter coffee maker, espresso coffee maker (Tassimo capsules), kettle, toaster, raclette machines, fondue set and a complete set of cookware equip the kitchen.
- a living room, living room, pleasant space of 17 m², opening onto the balcony terrace. It includes a large sofa bed (and not a sofa bed) which, unfolded, offers a real bed of 140x200. The altitude of the resort ranges from 1030m to 1975m. Thollon-les-Mémises is a family ski resort with 50 km of slopes for beginners and intermediate skiers and has a snowpark for snowborders. It is located 10 km from Evian, 35 km from Thonon-les-Bains, 50 km from Geneva, 35 km from Châtel and 45 km from Morzine Avoriaz. Switzerland and Italy are nearby.

Let's not forget the summer, which is not to be outdone, with various and varied activities to practice, including very beautiful walks, for all levels, which can lead to the Pic des Mémises, (the gondola operates in summer) and the conditions are ideal for paragliding, mountain biking, canyoning, rafting, horse riding, golf as well as water skiing and fishing on Lake Geneva and the high altitude lakes.

Thollon offers all amenities, two mini-markets with bread deposit and cash withdrawal, many restaurants, cheese shops and regional products, ski rental, a cinema.
You can enjoy the resort in winter without having to travel.
