'Breakfast menu was good. We stayed in a larger suite and plenty of room to hang out with friends and relax. Close to University. Enjoyed the stay overall. '

'At the end of March 2026, they are under a massive hotel renovation. The construction hours are 9 to 5 every day. You can smell fumes in the common areas and walkaway to the elevator on our floor was a wreck, clearly a construction zone. We would have greatly appreciated knowing that the hotel was under construction before booking. '

'Pretty basic standard American motel style facility, decent rooms and beds, although it could do with a lick of paint. As someone coming from "the continent" I'm not entirely sure the advertised continental breakfast was exactly that. Nonetheless I did enjoy the ability make your own fresh waffles. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I'll surely consider staying here again in future SLC visits. '

'This is one of the best bed and breakfast around. The staff are second to none. The property is almost magical. Off street parking in a city is a bonus. The breakfast is to die for. '

'Great staff, rooms feel dated. Bathroom was very stuffy and room had a dusty smell. Elevator was ancient, and food was okay. Staff was fantastic however. If you're in town, it's a great place to stay if you want little surprises.'
