We are terribly sorry that you had a problem with the Heating, but it was preferable to make a contact with the Front Desk, in order to solve it. No heating was switched off, because our Hotel has a central heating, that it works 24hours a day. The temperature is from 24ο C till 28ο C, so, probably your heating system had a problem with the temperature of 22οC, you had in your room.
