« The only signage for the motel is the ok motel. The property in generally was poorly kept, the room was sparse and smelled heavily of cleaner, the neighborhood was questionable. I am surprised this hotel is on HOTELS.com at all. Never met with the staff, I did receive a phone call advising of the signage. WE ended up not even staying there because of the condition and smell of the room »

« This property is old and not well maintained. While the room was clean(ish) the common areas like hallways, stairs, and elevator were dirty. Stains on carpeting, stains on bedding, stains on towels! Patchwork repairs such as mismatch pain etc everywhere. While the front desk staff was nice, there was zero hostility! I asked for extra pillows and a blanket which took 24 hrs to arrive. I stayed 4-nights and never had maid service once. And when I asked for maid service I was told no cuz they were...

« Première nuit s'était bien passée. Sommes retournés en fin de sejour mais chambre sale, poils et cheveux des clients précédents, sol collant et noir (nos pieds sous la douche s'en souviennent....). Avons du demander le ménage, dommage pour du Hilton et le prix de la nuitée. Petit déjeuner moyen, manque la traditionnelle machine à gauffre, la personne du pdj est au top. »
