'This post actually has nothing to do with the hotel. I was supposed to attend a concert in Shakopee on July 16, 2026. Due to Canadian wildfires creating hazardous air conditions. The concert was canceled, and I could not attend. Because of this act of God, there was no need for me to make the trip. Expedia was extremely uncooperative in this matter and would not refund money. I will never use Expedia again'

'Such a convenient place to stay for a concert at the amphitheater. Lots within walking distance! Super clean and quiet. My only complaint is the shower pressure was very low and the bottom felt like I could fall through. Still 5 stars. Definitely an affordable place to stay for the whole weekend!'

'We had a handicap accessible room. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The walk in shower was great. I liked the bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash in bottles in the shower to use. The breakfast was good and there was a nice variety hot food (eggs, meat,oatmeal, and waffles). Cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cartons of milk. Sweet rolls, muffins, scones. If you left hungry it was your own fault. We will stay here again when we come to visit family.'

'The AC wasn't working throughout the hotel. We kept our room as cool as possible but the halls were warm. The rooms are outdated and cleaning alone isn't going to make it feel nice anymore. The water was trickling out of the tub faucet all day and night. Somebody had a large dog in their room and it was barking much of the first night we were there.'

'Everything was very clean. Beds were comfy, and we were able to check-in early. Breakfast had lots of good options too!'

'The location to the Amphitheater was perfect. When I arrived the room smelled a little musty and the floor felt damp. I struggled with the WiFi, it didn’t work well for me. The bathtub in my room was gross, there were no other rooms available or I would have changed rooms. The staff were very polite and helpful.'

'All front desk staff were pleasant. We had a plumbing challenge and they were on top of it. Breakfast was good and high quality. The bed was good as was the sofa bed. Would stay there again.'

'One room was awful, stunk like mold and VERY musty, carpet was filthy and in 2nd room i reserved as well, GROSS!!!. Pool area was gross, water was ICE cold, walls by hottub looked moldy and dirty, hottub itself looked moldy around outside, was gross Breakfast was great, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will not go back again. Price for 2 rooms for one night was RIDICULOUS for room conditions/cleanliness and pool area conditions also'
