« Room/building was clean and modern. Parking wasn't sufficient for a full hotel. Breakfast was fine - fairly typical hotel buffet. Bad experience checking in. Due to short cleaning staff and some issues with a large number of guests leaving at the same time, rooms weren't ready at 3pm checking. The lobby and restaurant was full of people waiting for their rooms to be ready. Other than that, all was good. Within walking distance to Colonial Arena. »

Un petit bĂ©mol sur lâaccueil. Lorsque des touristes arrivent et ne parlent pas couramment lâanglais, il serait agrĂ©able de faire lâeffort de parler plus lentement. RĂ©pĂ©ter trois fois la mĂȘme phrase de la mĂȘme façon Ă la mĂȘme allure ne va rien changer Ă la comprĂ©hension.
Cela met la personne mal Ă lâaise de ne pas comprendre en totalitĂ© malgrĂ© un niveau tout Ă fait correct. Lâanglais nâest pas une langue...

« Ray at the front desk was great - very pleasant and helpful. Buffet breakfast choices were great. The lady putting the food out was helpful in answering my question. The rooms had hardwood floors so I could hear the activity/movements in the room above us. We were there for the weekend and I was disappointed that my dirty towels had not been picked up and new ones had not be issued, nor were the trashcans emptied. Ray did give me clean towels upon request though. »

« Even if the hotel is not the Ritz with all bells and whistles, it is highly recommended to keep it clean. The carpet is smelly, needs serious cleanup. Vacuuming should be done thoroughly, sheets should be replaced by newer ones. Everything looks and feels old. Access to the hotel should be advertised by the curb, I missed the entrance and drove on rt20 up to exit 58 to only return and enter the hidden path to it.
