« The location of this townhome is brilliantly close to Baylor! It was well stocked and clean. The secondary bedroom mattress was intensely uncomfortable. The downstairs shower would without warning change from warm water to quite cold. It did this multiple times throughout the shower without warning. With a better mattress in the secondary bedroom, and detention to the downstairs shower. This would be a phenomenal place to stay next to Baylor University. Also note when you check in, the air...

« Very clean hotel with convenient location as well. Staff was extremely helpful and offered suggestions on where to eat and grab a drink. They greeted us every time we entered the lobby. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious and clean. Felt very safe and would certainly stay here again. »

« The room was very clean and the front desk staff was average. My husband and I had drinks at the bar and the bartender was excellent. He gave us good recommendation on drinks and very engaged in small talk. We did not had breakfast at the hotel but they did offer to let us eat there, and they gave us the menu in case we wanted room service. »

« I have had good experiences with other home2 hotels so was hopeful for this one. Do not stay on the first floor! I can’t speak for the other floors but it was dirty dirty. The room we had was at the end of the hall and was in rough shape. The bathroom door was nothing short of a hazard if need not downright dangerous for customers, especially anyone elderly. It could be closed with some effort but almost impossible to open. Also the door to the outside is at the end of that and bangs shut loudly...

« I’ve stayed at this property at least five times now and absolutely love it. AND I will continue to stay there. This is NOT A complaint. Just a comment on something that seems otherwise out of character. My only comment would be that the woman at the front desk during the day on Saturday, May 30th and Sunday, May 31st (who is a bit older than most of the employees) is very unpleasant and and makes you feel like you’re bothering her showing up. We’ve experienced that with the same woman...
