'The lobby looks good, but don't let it fool you. Our room looked old and worn out and was very cold. It din't warm up even after turning on the heating ( it was 93 degrees outside) The sheets were damp and the smell of mold kept me up all night. When we checked out a day early, the receptionist didn't ask why the only thing she asked was, if I was aware of the early check-out penalty! I was very dissapointed with this hotel, had high hopes for it when I booked it.'

'The place was in a beautiful environment. Due to a water-pipe problem we had to move twice. The hotel employees tried to help us as best as possible in all this. Something we can really appreciate. As a form of compensation they gave us a Club Wyndham gift card of $50. Sad to say that the gift card turned out to be useless. Not so nice i would say.'

'This is a perfect boutique motel/hotel with (2) small pools that had a bin full of floats for the kids. Its right next to the W hotel which has some great restaurants within 3 minute walk. "Not the best location for down town but an ok option for the airport. Plentgt of options to eat around nothing else. You need to call them if you plan to use their airport shuttle if you dont want to wait like ı did for 45 mins and no shuttle shows up. I got to learn i was supposed to call - where is it mentioned? dont be fooled by the photos by the way and manage tour expectations!"

"Kamers zijn prima, maar jammer dat er geen housekeeping plaats vind. De airco op kamer maakt veel lawaai. Wel kun je vragen om handdoeken, deze worden dan gebracht. De lobby, liften en het hotel verder beneden, zag er vervuild uit. Het ontbijt was karig, maar functioneel. Personeel was aardig en behulpzaam. Het avond eten is geen aanrader. Bij aankomst werden we verrast dat we moesten betalen voor het parkeren, 25 dollar per nacht. Het hotel ligt aan het strand, maar in de omgeving is niets te beleven. "
