« When we arrived, the room hosted a couch that we thought was eaten by a rodent. It's fake leather and we have been told that all furniture suffered from Covid alcohol rubbing for disinfecting. But c'mon, this is a Double Tree and it's 2024, four years after Covid, the brand can afford to replace this, it's not a Motel 6. So now way, not up to Hilton standards. »

« It was a very clean room and comfortable with a kitchen area in the rooom. The staff was very friendly and helpful when you needed something. They have a bbq area with two bbq's and two tables with chairs. I recommend staying here.there is a laundry facilities and exercise room but we did not use them. »

« I came at 10pm and they made me talk to them through a window by the front door in the cold. They wouldnt even open the lobby even though it wasnt that late and they knew i had a reservation. I got to my room and it smelled like smoke, suppose to be smokeless. It was dirty with hair on the bed. Grime in the shower and sink. Walls were visibly dirty with hand marks. They did not clean my room inbetween even though i stayed several days. I will not be going there again. »

« The room was spacious and well-lit. However, the toilet was not functioning properly, and the shower water pressure was quite weak. The towels did not smell fresh, even after requesting new ones, which made me question whether they were washed properly.
